Such twisted and evil adults you had in your life growing up. I related to some of what you endured, like kneeling on salt or on heating vent covers for punishment, intended for maximum pain, torture even.

What you endured would, of course, eventually lead to chronic suffering on so many levels for you.

What I do find heartening is your willingness to deal with your past. This takes a great deal of courage on your part. Healing is a process, and you already know you've taken the first step.
