You DO have access to the Internet, since you were able to write your story here on this site. Use it again to connect with people who can help you. You didn't say where you live, but if you're in the USA, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233). I've given you the number, but even if you don't have access to a phone, you can connect with them online. They have advocates available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who can provide crisis intervention, escape planning, information and referrals to victims. Visit their website by copying & pasting the following URL into your browser: http://www.ndvh.org/ Before you connect with them online, create a secret/private email account through Google or Yahoo or some other server so they can contact you privately.

Please try to get out of that house ASAP, Ambryn; you've suffered enough. That coward of a man is a violent thug and he needs to go jail, so TELL, TELL, TELL!!! Oh, and keep telling until someone finally listens to you and starts helping you!

Get out of that house now, Ambryn. If not for your own sake then for the sake of your daughter and any other children you have. Their lives are being damaged by every day you stay there!
Go to your neighbours, call the Police, call the Violence Hotline.
You don't seem to have the will left to do it for yourself, but please do it for your daughter!

he is NOOOOOOOOOOOT allowed to do that to you, and if u want him to stop then ask someone to use their phone and call the police cuz right now u dont seem to even care that he is doing this to you
