Frisbee-ing...a great release!
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

Getting outside for an activity like playing Frisbee is so energizing and...uplifting. I'm so glad you have this to fall back on for a release of sorts. I hope you and your father get to spend a lot of quality time together doing this. Thank you for sharing this with my visitors and me, Tiffany.

frisbee

I love this. I can picture it. For me it's getting out into the woods near my place and running. Nature is powerful and pushing my body works off the frustration and tension inside.

frisbee's brings out the best in me as it makes me get out in to open spaces
by: maurice

Good on you for sharing this simple way of relaxing with one's real friends who care, love, trust, allow you to be nicely a real child once again no matter the age one is. I like nothing more than being out and about from my house and room especially when I feel the walls closing in on me. Making me feel negative thought with my mind wandering all over the place and inevitably back to those not so nice days in my childhood years. To be free as nature provides for is a good feeling for me. I love open spaces, open fields, sitting or lying by running water a free and blowing in the wind nicely. Tossing pebbles into the water is so freeing for me too. God's creation/beauty is a must to be used to the full in giving us time to be free. To be a beautiful child again. Letting go naturally. Look what your sharing of a simple game has done to me. Thank you for that.

That sounds like bunches of fun. I like playing tag football. Frisbee, I can picture the fun of it. Gotta try it. Thanx!
