Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me. You were ready to remember when you did, after repressing what happened to you at the hands of your cousin. And remembering is always a difficult thing to process. Recognizing it wasn't your fault is so important. And your message to other survivors is just as important: abuse doesn't define you; having friends and a support system is crucial to healing; you are stronger than you think. Keep spreading your message.
