You WILL find your voice with this abuser. You WILL find a way to tell him to stop. You WILL, of this I have no doubt. Right now the fear overtakes you and the anxiety steps in leaving you that helpless little 6-year-old all over again. But eventually, as healing finds its way into your life, you will stand up to that abuser and protect your little 6-year-old self by telling him to BACK OFF! Or some other four-letter OFF phrase, whatever works best for you.

How do I know this?

Because you're already demonstrating internal strength by writing this letter to the abuser. And anyone who doesn't believe that it takes great strength to do this hasn't tried to remember all the details in order to write such a letter.

I send you continued loving healing energy.
