I'm so happy to learn that your family was a support for you. So often, that's not the case. Regardless of how your disclosure came about, it came about; and that's what's important. I can only hope this sick excuse of a human being is in prison so he can no longer sexually assault others. You are a strong person, Kelley, to have endured all those years of abuse, and to overcome the effects, including the fact that you no longer drink or do drugs. You can be so proud of yourself. Keep staying strong! Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Kelley: Great you are taking control of your own life's destiny after what that beast of a sick excuse of a human being did to you: It took courage, you were brave, your family surrounded you with love and your sister was so brave too to devorce that sicko: Let go gradually of the horrible and awful memories of that time and the effects it had on you and you compensating the fear and the pain with alcohol and drugs: You truly have turned your pain into empowering you so you are a hero to many who know you and here on Darlene's site: You give hope to hundreds that life can be lived to the full after all you were forced through being abused and used by that sicko: Stay safe: remain strong, surround yourself with good and true friends your own age and gender: Try and have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Oh yes you are young enough to take part in Sporting and cultural activities with like-minded people: You'll make real natural friends for life among your team mates: and great aquaintances for life: New Horizons and dream will open out for you; DARLENE sure spoke from her woman's heart to you be affirmed with her loving supporting real empowering words to you:
