 The gift of expressing the inner me in verse

You have a gift Jo and thank you for sharing your healing fellings through verse and poetry. It ie empowering and I shall use it from time to time to let go and let God be my healingthrough your powerful inner feelings shared with darlene and her blessed visitors having found her haven of distant support from you and for each other and as always her own heartfelt comments to each one. respecting the individual and their pain from abuse. Great we found sucour in her site and in her vision. Always acknwledgeing she is speaking to you and me from her own background of abuse having found healing in her own beautiful way through her therapist. Let us keep being brave, being strong and pesevering in our very own healing process. Thank you Jo.

this poem is so helpful. i've just recently been clinically identified as a victim of emotional abuse, and this poem really hits home. it sums up everything i've wanted to say so eloquently. i've just started seeing a therapist, and i hope that i will be able to gain the same insight as you someday.
