by: stephanie

hi this is stephanie, and i needed to add an update that i have talked to the school counsolor and told my parents.
my boyfriend was there with me for support and i chocked up and cried.
i am now weekly visiting the school counsolor for a healing proces and i have noticed change in my behavior. i am no longer as angry and i feel more at peace with myself and those around me.
i would like to thank this site.
i feel like this was a first step into openin up about this and now i am really happy that i posted my story. it has helped me get strength and talk to my family. :)

Stephanie 3. it could be 4>5>6 Stephanie you are one very brave and courageous teenager. Great you had your boy-friend to hold your hand to get help School Counsellor once a week, stay with it, you will be all the better for it I can assure you. Yes, Darlene's site is a new-beginning, new approach, new thinking for us all as her visitors. She sure was a visionary in setting it up. So Stehanie 3 you have given hope to us all and to other might be visitors that it is a good site. Always believe in yourself. I can, I will, I must because I am worth it. As well as having BOY-Friends can I ask you to have a friend or two outside that natural realm of life growing up. A true friend could be an extended family member, or a class mate, or a neighbour who values you as the gifted and tallented person in your own right. We all need this kind of friend so that when thigs go messy at times we can sit down and tell them what's happening. They will listen, they will broaden your horizons on what is going on. cry with you, laugh with you, cuddle and hug you make you feel good and important. You know boy/girl relationships have their momemts in building, so a friend outside can make sense of it for you. Have a healthy mind in a healthy body, get out there with your friends and class mates taking part in Team Sports and Cultural Activities: There is safety and greatness in numbers. You see yourself in a different light. Look in the mirror Stephanie ah sure 3456 what matters you are the best. Live well, laugh alot, love much, always love and respect yourself and your body first then you will put a greater value on your love and rspect for others. My prayers are with you Stephanie 3.
