Maybe therapy isn't the way to go. Maybe talking to people that are close to you would help. My friend was being abused and maybe still is and she has us and she is somewhat getting better. I don't know if that is any good advice but I will NOT wish you good luck because I know that in the future things will straighten out eventually. Remember, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can't see it at the moment. :)
