I can understand why you feel dirty, but I an also tell you that you've done nothing wrong. You are not to blame here. Your father is the one who shoulders the blame and shame. He had all the control and misused the power he had over you. He took advantage of your youth and your vulnerabilities. The fact that he is still in the same house and he's still doing inappropriate things tells me that you're not safe. Tell someone. Tell your mother. If you don't feel comfortable talking to her, talk to a counsellor at school or consider contacting one of the hotlines listed on my stories page, depending on where you live, in order to talk to someone confidentially. You didn't, and still don't, deserve to be sexually abused, Shay. You most definitely deserve help for the fact that you have been and are in danger of being abused again. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Dear Shay,

Your father is evil! What he did to you when you were four was WRONG! It's not right! I am so mad at him for doing that to you. Please please tell your mom. You should NOT be left alone with your dad EVER. What might happen to you next is worst! The only thing you can do to stop it is to expose him for what he did to you. He is evil! You need to tell your mother. You need help. You need counseling to heal from the experience with your father. What happened to you was not your fault. You are a victim. Your dad's doing is WRONG. Please tell as soon as you can.
