You were very brave to tell. You didn't "keep the secret." And your concern for this man's two daughters is well founded. There is EVERY chance he will, if he hasn't already, sexually abuse them. And while I commend and applaud that you continued your education and that you have a strong attitude about what happened to you, please seek out some form of counselling or therapy in order to help you deal with the effects of what you endured at the hands of multiple pedophiles, and that the judicial system failed you. A positive attitude is important, but if you bury the feelings of betrayal and abandonment and all the other emotions you have, you'll do so at the detriment of moving forward in your life. As you move through the various ages and stages of your life, you'll find the memories haunting you, which will affect every aspect of your life. You didn't deserve to be abused. You certainly deserve help for the fact that you were. I send you love, light and healing energy, Sarah. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
