You don't have to worry about visitors questioning you about why you didn't do something other than what you did. People who visit here understand. Many have been through the exact same thing. What happened was not your fault. You didn't tell because, like you said, you were confused and afraid. It's not too late, though. You can make a report, even if it doesn't necessarily result in charges or an conviction. What reporting can do is get the information about what he did to you on record. If someone else comes forward, and then possibility someone else again, then their may well be a case against him. Reporting could save others from being sexually assaulted by this guy. And please, consider seeking out some type of counselling in order to help you deal with what happened. You need to trust someone who can really help you.
