You are worth so much more than how your father treats you. I second that you call Kids Help Phone Line and tell them what is happening. You will remain a secret if you want to and they can tell you what you can do to protect yourself.

Your father is a cruel man and he's sick. He is abusing you because he hates himself, not you.

You are right...if you don't get help, you might well turn to drugs and alcohol.

I know what your going through. And I know its hard. Ive been in the same situation as you since I was 3 and I still am. Physically we can stand the beating but whats the hardest is feeling like were the only people in the world who feels like this. You need to get out of there because it will only get worse. I know your scared but you need to do something to protect yourself before its to late
