Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me and for including such important messages. As you move through your life, if you feel the memories coming back to haunt you, or if you find yourself dealing with "stuff" that seems do difficult to deal with alone, please consider some form of counselling. You didn't deserve to be abused as a child, but you sure deserve help now that you have.

 At 16 you grew up, well done, sadly the effects remain.

Rachel 1. you sure a are one loving, caring teenager for yourself and others in the advice you have given by being so honest with Darlene and her visitors in relating you abuse story. Your Father molested you. deceived you, by not showing you how to work the shower yourself at a certain age. He abused you innocence and you dignity by humiliating you by touching you and drying you after your shower. At 16 you did right, you went with your natural insticts and said I work this out to keep that pervert away from me. Well done. Hi Rachel 1 take hope and courage from Darlene's brief but true words to you. She truly has offered you affirmation. You build up your own self worth/esteem. Have a healthy mind in a healthy body. Be active and alive with your peers in sporting or cultural groups or school/college groupe. You'll mature very naturally taking part in healthy pursuits. I WILL: I CAN: I MUST: BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT. WELL ARE YOU RACHEL1??? I'M SPECIAL. I LOVE ME. HUG LOVE INTO YOU RACHEL1.

Always believe in yourself Rachel 1. That is a power filled statement about yourself. good on you, Now is the time to take Darlene's comment to your heart and act on her loving caring words to you. Do your very best to get counselling, if you do then your empowering statement that you are better than what happened. My heart I spoke to you in my previous comment. Rachel 1 you deserve the best make sure you get it.
