 NOT your fault...

Your mother and the rest of your family are not thinking right, Paulina. They are very confused and twisted in thinking that any of what happened was your fault. It wasn't your fault. It is NEVER the child's fault. Fault lies completely with your molesters. I hope you have the opportunity to get some form of counselling in order to help you deal with all the turmoil. You certainly deserve it.

 A willing enabler for a family...and a disgusting pervert for a grandfather

Paulina, your family is wrong because they knew that you were molested by your so-called grandfather and chose not to do anything about it, so they are just as responsible as that pervert who still insists on calling himself a "grandfather". You are not to blame and neither is your brother and sister; your family really needs help...but you guys need help, too.

Please know this is not your fault.I too was molested . The more you talk about what happened to you, helps you heal. This happening to you will make you a stronger person , you will be so protective over your own children. Dont let anyone make you feel like you are to blame. You have got to empower yourself, dont let your uncle think it was ok .Face him and tell him he was wrong. Paulina be strong its ok to be angry turn that into something possitive.You need to do this for you.My prayers will always be with you.

i know how you feel cause i tried to kill my self sevreal times. ive never told anyone... anyways its like a dark river that sweeps you up and takes you away......
