I agree that forgiveness is important, but I do not believe that forgiveness necessarily means bringing one's abuser into your life, especially when the abuser could re-offend against another child. Thank you, Patricia, for sharing your story and your message with my visitors and me. And keep writing, both for yourself and for the sake of other victors...you have much to share!

 Each time I read a real life story of abuse I Thank God for Darlene's vision

Even at 69 Darlene's words to you are real: Forgiveness is great, a blessing from God, We must be fully sure that the one who abuses us did not or does not abuse another child/adolecent: I am 64 and the one who abuses did not stop until he retired or was retired and died: Many of the youger boys suffered abuse at his hands; I5 years after I left he continued evne in more pervertedness allowing the young boys swim in the nude: I challleged him but his answer was he would have allowed us to swim likewise but his boss at the time would not allow it: Great you are victor and now your book will inspire many girls boys that there is life to be lived to the full: Good on you Patricia: Thanks to Darlene's vision and great stewardship of her site I can read real life stories of victim to victory: Thanks a mill Darlene:

The Scripture tell us we forgive those who are truly sorry and have asked for forgiveness and showed with deeds they mean it.

You'll be doing more harm than good...you mean well but are very deceived and misinformed.
