Nicole 1. your the best, you had the courage to tell, you had the courage to seek counselling. you want to be free of the memory of what your brother inflicted on you Abuse. Hi Nicole1 heed Darlene's brief but solid words of encouragement, love, care, concern for you. She's truly the best. Always believe in yoursefl, I'm Beautiful, Nicole 1 look in that mirror having a positive attitude towards yoursefl. No negative's I'm this I 'm that etc. I don't like this about me etc' Think positive, act positive, be Positive and yes Nicole 1 pee away all that negativeness that can cripple you if you let it. Say all the positive adjetives that you can think about yoursefl and make that body (YOURS) the absolute beauty you know it to be having been used and abused by your brother. You know it is beautiful every part of it. I'M SPECIAL, I LOVE ME. I can, I will, I must just for ME in the mirror.
