I created this site in order for survivors to be heard in a safe place--a place where they would be believed--and so that others could provide supportive and encouraging comments. As for this site "helping" people, that is entirely up to the person. The site is here with loads of information, many many stories and even more comments and articles that can be helpful...but again, that helpfulness may be the intent, however, it is still up to the individual to SEE it as helpful. You can't change what you endured, nor can you change how you feel, but you can change how you think which automatically changes how you feel which in turn automatically changes how you act. Healing is a choice, a choice every single one of us survivors must make. This site can only be a possible catalyst for that healing to begin. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

To someone who needs to say something it [the site] helps. It helped me when I though it would not.

You have been used your entire life and shown little love from everyone around you. From what I have read you are in need of someone who loves you. You are strong in your way own ways.
I hope you know that you are loved by many people even if they do not show it.
