Missy, I hope that you get help. You need a group of friends who know what your father did so that they can support you. Hopefully, you will find an incest therapy group, or a Twelve Step group; talk about what happened and do not feel like you were the only one or blame yourself.

O brave and special one I am so proud of you for being so strong when you took your clothes and went to the police station. That took alot of courage. Those beasts: and that animal of a father deserve alot more than just being put in Prison. I certainly would not leave them back into society: I would put them out on an Island that could not be reached. Your beauttiful tenderness was totally abused and raped by animals. You are now safe: You are now much more aware of all that happened you on your 13th birtday. The effects of it still uppermost in your mind. Please go to a counsellor: tell your feelings out. Have a friend or two to relate with, share with, trust, love, have fun time with. socialise with. Please contnue to build up your Self-Esteem. Have a healthy mind in a healthy body. Be active and alive with like-minded people your own age: Join clubs and groups into sporting and cultural pursuits. You'll feel a new woman I assure you. There is a safety in numbers. Stay safe: Blossom where your at, live well, laugh alot, love much, beginning with yourself in front of the mirror: Be gentle and kind to your body. soothe it, carress and hug it: It is ok and there's no one looking, so why not, era go on, go on. Missy 1 I want the best for you. You want the best for yourself. I can< I will, I must, just because I am WORTH it. I'm Special, I am unique, Always believe in yourself.
