Maggie you know you're not crazy. You know you're the sane one. You know what happened to you and who your abusers were. That makes you dangerous to them, so of course they'd try to find ways to discredit you. You are not alone. Just removed from the people who harmed you. Reach out for help. Perhaps through a local agency. Or a counsellor available to you. Recognize how strong you are...after all, you survived the worst of it. Understand that right now it's your thoughts that are creating the nightmares. Thoughts that you can change. Find a way to turn your pain into power. One way to do that is to help others who have been through something similar. But it must start with you first. Get your Self the help you need first and foremost. You've taken a great step by sharing your story here. Take another. You're too important not to. I send you love, light and healing energy, Maggie. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
