I'm delighted that you are now in a safe place, no longer having to endure such horrific abuse at the hands of these sick and twisted people. Report what is happening to you still at the hands of these sick people. Don't keep it a secret. Nothing will change if you do stay quiet. If you don't have a social worker through the system you can disclose to, contact Child Help at 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) in order to talk to someone. They are staffed 24/7 with professionally trained counsellors who will listen to you. They are not a reporting agency, although they can help you through the process of reporting if you decide to disclose the abuse. And for the sake of your emotional health, you need to disclose. First of all, my condolences to your parents. Second of all, you were given a raw, crappy deal because your so-called uncles are so twisted in their own ways of thinking that they don't even know how to take care of themselves, let alone be uncles to you/dads to your cousins. They are truly sadistic beasts and they should be locked up for all those terrible crimes that they committed against you because you and even your cousins did nothing wrong. You are not to blame for their sadistic behavior; they are to blame because abusers always choose to abuse. You were the children; they were the adults; they had all the power and only misused it over you guys. Oh, and I'm glad that your new family is with you now because they are so sweet for doing that; I just hope that you try counselling and that you will look into reporting those sadistic beasts for uncles to prison/mental institution for, like I said, all those barbaric crimes that they committed against you.
