Please consider some form of counseling in order to help you deal with the effects of such horrific abuse, and also the betrayal and abandonment by the people who were in charge of protecting you and keeping you safe from harm.  Such uncontrolled sadism

Kiesha, what your so-called grandpa did to you was pathetic and ungrateful because he is truly twisted, confused, sick, cruel and sadistic in his way of thinking. He didn't deserve to have such a beautiful and wonderful granddaughter like you...but most of all, you didn't deserve to have such an uncaring, uneducated, unloving, ignorant, animalistic, barbaric, cruel, psychopathic, sociopathic, twisted, ruthless, sadistic grandpa. Oh, and he is wrong. You're not stupid; you are smart and articulate. You are not ugly; you are beautiful. You are not a mistake; you are a miracle. Oh, and whatever happened to you will never be your fault; in fact, that sicko of a grandpa is REALLY to blame because you were the child; he was the adult. He had all the power and he misused it over you. Oh, and it breaks my heart to even say that he doesn't know how to love even himself and that all he knew was hate. As for your grandma, shame on her for running away from you all the time instead of protecting you from that beast! I'm just as disgusted by the fact that she knew what was going on and chose to do nothing; I hate women who choose men over their own children/grandchildren because children and grandchildren should always come first. However, I'm glad that your adoptive mother is with you now because she is so sweet for doing that; I just hope that your "grandparents (especially that sadistic beast of a grandpa)" will get incarcerated for all those terrible and sadistic crimes that they committed against you.
