Change always comes from within; and you had the presence of mind to realize how much you needed help to bring about that change. And yes, someone helped you, but had you not realized the need for that help, you likely would not have found your healing path. In other words, you had a powerful inner strength, the same inner strength that got you through the abuse in the first place. You just needed someone to show you a different way, a way that is in line with Who You Really Are. Keep up the great work! Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me. I send you love, light and continued healing energy.
