No child should have to live what you lived, Emily. You are a strong women to have endured such betraying abuse. I'm delighted that you are now in a happy marriage. You've earned that happiness.

 It's Not Your Fault

God bless you, Emily! It's not your fault. You are a strong person who deserves to be treated with major respect. I was abused, too, by my parents! Maybe a counseling can help you get over what your dad and your uncle did to you as a kid. I'm sorry about your past because I suffered the same pain as you did. But at least I'm also glad that you saved your sons from your uncle after his death. I wish I could be as strong as you because no one ever deserves to have sex against their will! No one deserves to be abused! Everyone deserves to be safe!
