You are not "trash". No matter what happened to you as a child don't ever forget that. If you believe otherwise, you'll treat your Self as trash. Please consider seeking out some form of counselling in order to help you through the turmoil you are still experiencing as a result of the horrors you lived as a little girl. The fact that your parents are now gone could well be triggering much of what you're now dealing with. You didn't deserve to be abused in any way. You didn't deserve to witness spousal abuse. You didn't deserve to be terrorized. You certainly deserve help for the fact that you were. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
