Consider looking at the situation you're in as an opportunity. This newest therapist is an opportunity for you to learn to trust even more. Remember that the process only works when you are willing to open up to it. You've already experienced the rewards with the first therapist; you can experience even more, but you must be prepared to be honest and open first. Living the NOW time of your life Ari is the most important time: Your Now time with you sweetie and your boys: They will be your inner belief and strength: Live your day to today life to the full with them: Ah but also: Read Darlene's comment: take ownership of what she is saying to your heart from hers: two womens hearts can work wonders for each other: Darlene has given you real love words to act on: Your new therapist will do the rest: Hi, make sweetie your real friend too: If that is too difficult have a female friend your own age who you can trust and confide talking womany stuff etc as well as letting her know you true and real feelings of the effects your childhood memories still have on you and your living of your life to the Full: Your mother needs help too but let her seek it out for herself: You can't live her life while you are making a sense of your own: Ari: act on, and take darlene's words and live them: taking one day at a time: Look to the future: let go of the past all you can do with that is learn from it and move on:
