This is a Story of mental child abuse caused by a Social Worker employed by DHHR. The Parents were Drug Addicts that were reported by a Drunken Felony, with a very bad reputation, who is now passed away. This person did not bother to explain, that the Parents of this child ,knew they had a problem,so they let me raise this child, untill they could get their problems corrected.I am the GrandMother.I took this child into my Home, when she was 1Year Old.I have a very peaceful Home, drug free,no alchohal.I not only protected this child from the parents,I raised her,I was very involed with her,I watched her grow and i grew with her, untii March 10 Th. 2010. when she was 6Years old and the Social Worker took her out of my Home becaused i couldnt give them information of what was going on,at the Parents Home a few miles away.I explained to the Social Worker that i never went over there, that I kept the child here with Me.The Social Worker got very angrey and stated if I didnt give her any information that she would just come and take the child out of my Home. She hung up on me and came and got the child the next day,for no apparent reason. This child had a very good life with Me,was very well rounded and happy. I took her to church on Sundays,She was in dance class,I took her Skating on Saturdays, took her to the river,we done so many things together, ther is nothing that she wanted for,I was the only home she ever remembers. So now,3Years later, she has been in 8Foster Homes.Just recently THE JUDGE ruled and the Parents have lost all Parental Rights. As far as i know GRANDPARENTS dont have rights ,here in WEST VIRGINIA.Now, I dont know if someone can help me get Visatation Rights. This IS mental Abuse to a 6 Year old child. This little girl had a very good ,protected, fullfiled life. She now needs help.
