Child Abuse - Parent Let Little Boy's Teeth Rot

I am disgusted with a relative of mine who let her preschooler's teeth rot..by feding him junk food all his five years of life and he just had to have a molar removed and 8 cavities filled. She continues to be a big lazy fat slob and feed him junk. I want to do something to save the littel boy but I am scared of the relatives. :(

I was sexually abused by my father from age 6 to 13, which stopped when I started talking about it during the day. The teenage brother of my best friend
