Child Abuse - No Help For Sexual Abuse Victim

My son's 17-year-old girlfriend is being abused in her home: 
My sons 17 yr old girlfriend has been sexually abused by her brother and beaten and smacked by her mom. She will be 18 i the state of new jersey in April . She came to my home to be safe and the police and dcf have both dropped the ball. This kid is going to get hurt or worse and I can't get help from anyone. The police and DCF went to her home and her mother hid all the bad things. She is so afraid and so am I. I need to get her out of her home but her mother won't let me see or speak to her. I don't know what I can do for her to get her out of her home.
