I am trying to bring awareness to my nephew Dominic Munoz's unsolved murder case. He was 4 years old and a victim of child abuse. Officials stated his cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head. He suffered for hours before God called him home. At the last minute Calhoun county prosecutor's dropped charges against Adam Markos to continue the investigation. This was three years ago. No one has been charged as of yet. Calhoun county has recently asked prosecutors to take another look at Dominic's case. On 8/16/2010 there will be a hearing to determine if Dominic's case will ever stand trial. We are asking the community to remind Calhoun county prosecutors that child abuse is unacceptable! That a person who could commit such a crime against a child should be brought to justice. Please write Calhoun county prosecutors at the Calhoun County Justice Center 161 East Michigan Avenue. Battle Creek MI 49014. You can also call 269-969-6980 or send a fax to 269-969-6967. Please mention Dominic Munoz in your letter and let them know that child abuse will not be tolerated in our community. You can also visit Dominic Munoz's youtube page. You can find it under child abuse: Dominic Munoz and leave a comment. Thank you for your time and any help that you can give.
New info. I just signed up for an email account for Dominic. I thought it might be easier for people to write in this way. If you want to send a comment, prayer, or letter to the Prosecutor please send to justice4dominic@yahoo.com. Everything received on his page will be printed and mailed to Calhoun County Justice Center. Thank you again
