 The system fails yet again...

 The power of the people/supports groups

What a dilema to find yourself in especially when you are the mother of wonderful children: Doing your best and yet paining because you are aware that the teacher father is able to talk academically his way out of his sickness of abuse of his children: Sadly all head and no heart: I hope in time your children will see through him: speak out on your behalf and also to accept they are being abused by him: They must let his fellow teachers know that he aint the hailfellow well met colleague of theirs: That behind closed doors he is an Abuser of his children and hopefully only his own children: The LAW surely needs to be changed in all duristictions in favour of the one revealing the real truth to them. Your lawyer seems to be limited in his arguements on your behalf in court: I would certainly challenge him to get a 2nd opinion and advice on what he truly can do to convict your husband. Surround yourself with supporting people who will listen to you and believe your side of the story: also be part of lobbying groups of concerned parents/people who want the law changed so that more abusers won't escape the net of being found out. I pray and wish you and your children the very best Legal Advice to convict their Father:
