I am no longer in a position to answer questions for my visitors. With a minimum of 50 or 60 stories etc in queue every day and all that is on my plate, I've had to permanently suspend my Ask Darlene segment. I suggest you refer to my emotional abuse definition and types of emotional abuse pages in order to determine for yourself if you believe that child beauty pageants fall within the definition of child abuse. I believe you'll find support there for what you're questioning. And keep questioning, BMW Princess. If we accept the status quo, nothing changes. Only through questioning can change come about. And we are the ones who must determine if change is necessary, especially when we know deep down inside that what we're seeing is wrong on so many levels. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this matter with my visitors and me.
