Walking on the beach seeing a dove go by. Puts a smile on my face while I'm walking on the sparkling water while my feet becomes warm. Thinking about my family and how much they love me. I remember the time when I first wrote my abused at 3 story. Listening to people telling I'm beautiful. You're all beautiful the way you are. Going to church hearing the grace of God. Loving the people in my life that helps me during hard times. Don't let anyone put you down. You have a strong heart and a strong soul. Tell yourself that you are beautiful. Put a smile on your face and love yourself. Grace, joy, love , heart, soul, family, friends, and a blessing is what you have. Eat, pray, and love also.
