Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me, Sky.

Most, if not all, sexual abuse survivors feel what you're feeling. And it's not at all uncommon to still feel that way in adulthood. Try not to judge yourself during this time. These feelings are residual, left over from when you were a little girl. You did nothing wrong. Try telling yourself what you would tell one of your own children to comfort them.

I send you love and heartfelt healing energy.

I felt ashamed also

I just read your blog,and yes i have felt the same my abuser and rapist was my own no longer father and he srarted in the 1970 as he abused my sisters my own daughter and neices,i felt ashamed to say anything as i thought people would think am the one in the wrong,i found the strength to speak out in 2015 and he in prison,my blog is on here also 'justice was done'
