 There's something about soaking in a soothing bath...

Thank you for sharing how you relax and "change your mood", Tiffany. You've offered excellent ways to relax in that bath, and to simply enjoy the moment. I do love your "steps".

 nice one cool out way to relax

Tiffany, nice one, soothing away those negative feelings with a shower or bath nothing more refreshing especially when one is thinking positive. acting positive an being positive and then sure looking in the mirror saying I can accomplish anything I want in the Now time of my day/life. Letting go of the negative in sure way of easing away further those aches and pains of our past abuse knowing it was never my fault. Darlene surely agrees too Tiffany. Thank you for that. Hi say I'm special, I'm beautiful and I love me.
